Take a look at our latest TV Ad “ Panchayater Protikar” portraying the web based Grievance Redress Management System, a software and helpline solution which has been developed to capture and record grievances related to issues that come under the purview of the Panchayats & Rural Development Department from the community across the state with the objective of bridging the gap between the government and communities. Citizens can register a grievance by calling the toll-free call centre,they can directly register a grievance in the designated website, they can write a letter of complaint which can be uploaded to the application. They can also lodge their grievance through the dedicated mobile app GRMS(available in english and bengali version) from their android based mobile phone play store.After registering their grievance, citizens will get a Grievance Redressal Number through which they will be able to track the status of their grievance from anywhere at any time.
